We docked in Aruba bright and early on May 1st. It was some kind of holiday there, so most of the stores, etc. were closed.
We had arranged several months before to rent four Jeeps.

Once we got our 4-Jeep caravan moving, the first
place we stopped was a spot on the beach where
we thought there might be some good snorkeling.

The water was a bit rough, so we decided to take
a few pictures and move on down the road.

This place was interesting - rock formations on one
side of the "road", and the ocean on the other.

It is supposed to be good luck to build one of these
rock towers. So, I climbed the hill and built one.

This abandoned fort is in the same area.

Just more rock photos!
