We started our day with the Culinary Demonstration by the Chef and Maitre d'Hotel. They are a couple of characters who enjoyed the demo as much as we did. They handed out recipies and samples of what they prepared in the demo.

| This was our third, and last day, at sea. We weren't sure if we would get bored for such a long time at sea, but the days really flew by. | The Culinary Demonstration was followed by a tour of the Galley. The Galley is actually located on deck down from the dining room. So the wait staff is constantly carrying trays to/from the dining room via an escalator. | ||||||||||||||||
