We had also purchased tickets ahead of time for the Tram in Juneau. So, we took the tram to the top and spent a little time up there. Then we headed back down. Our intention was to walk around town for a while, before we had to get back on the ship.

We still wanted to see more of the glaciers from the air. On the way back to town from the helicopter port, one of the guides told us the planes docked next to our ship gave some good tours. We passed by the place while walking toward town, and decided to go in. Well, 20 minutes later we were airborne on a seaplane.  We were the only ones, except the pilot, on the plane.

A portion of the flight took us over the Juneau Ice Fields.
