Before the cruise in San Pedro |
![]() |
We drove down to San Pedro on Friday afternoon and stayed at the L.A. Harbor Hotel. The price included a overnight stay, full buffet breakfast, covered parking, a bottle of wine, and transportation to and from the ship. The hotel was showing its age, but it was nice. We walked down to the waterfront shopping area for dinner and looked around a bit. Saturday morning we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast then headed out for a walk. This time we walked the short distance to the Cruise Terminal. |

The weather was beautiful that morning, so it was a very nice walk. There is a lot of art along the sidewalk in front of the cruise terminal area. Most of it is a tribute to the U.S. Merchant Marine. |
